Wanted: Water Butt or large plastic Drum for same use

Daughter has moved into a new home and needs to stop rainwater making her small garden a bog, and also to use for irrigation of veg in the summer. Would be grateful for a large water butt or drum that has not been used to hold anything toxic. Thanks for looking
