Wanted: Washer orwasher/dryer

All the details

I live in a 3 storey flats on the 3rd floor with no access to an outside area to dry clothes and although that isn't the major problem I'm on a very low disability benefit so to save money to afford one has been a main problem. I'm washing clothes in the bath and due to my disability I'm struggling with that now so if anyone could help with a washer or a washer/dryer I would appreciate it so much. thanks
