Wanted: Wanted: Kitchen & Bath Supplies
Location: in Wheeling
All the details
I am homeless and frequently in the house of someone who does not have supplies. I am hoping to be entering a program so that I can also use these things when I do have a place. I need the following things in order to be able to cook etc. while here, health makes some things hard. 1. 5. Juicer, blender, or food processor (for making lactation drinks, I am almost completely dry now) 2. 4. Strainer - little one preferred. (This is the kind that has wire mesh with small holes.) (for making medicinal ginger ale for my nausea, and tea) 3. Water filter pitcher: NOT BRITA IT DOES NOTHING! Preferably one that filters fluoride but I realize that's rare. 4. Nonstick pan (he only has one pan & sink is full so can't always wash) 5. Ice cube trays 6. A metal spatula (have a small one but would like a full-size) 7. Cheese grater (to cut the ginger with a knife, is very difficult) 8. Baking soda if you don't use it (can be used to make safe cleaners) 9. Epsom salt if you don't use it (used for neutralizing bath water) 10. White vinegar if you don't use it or have some extra (can be used to make safe cleaners) 11. Kitchen spray cleaner (I need this 'cause I do most of the cleaning here) (some people have stocks of cleaners they haven't used in 5 years) 12. Bath towels & washcloths (these are more for him then me - he has four and 3 people shower regularly here) 13. Bathroom spray cleaner (I need this 'cause I do most of the cleaning here) (some people have stocks of cleaners they haven't used in 5 years) Anything else you might have if the woman who used to rent your basement died or whatever might also be useful, of course, so feel free to offer anything you may have extra of if it's taking too much space or you have a huge pile etc., but the most important things I need are listed here unless I forgot something. Please include your location in your first reply, since drivers are not willing to go to all possible locations that I might get a reply from. Thanks for reading.
