Wanted: Wanted : 2 or 4 Good Used 235/75/15 inch tires

I am a disabled Lady on a fixed income and I am in DREADFUL NEED of 4 but will make do with 2 good used 235/75/15 inch tires, I have knots sticking out as big as a baseball on the tires on my truck now and I CANNOT afford new tires, I am also a cancer patient and I need tires before next week as I have an important Dr's appointment for a Crucial Mammogram to get checked again. I don't have any family here and I can't afford a loan anywhere, so I'm hoping there's someone out there with a heart that have a few good used tires that they'd give someone to help "me" out.
