Wanted: Vacuum Cleaner for My elderly neighbour :o)

My elderly neighbour recently told me that his vacuum cleaner has given up the ghost and he needs one urgently as he has a little indoor cat that uses a litter tray. If anyone has a vacuum cleaner that is being replaced with a new one, please let me know. I'm not sure whether he would like an upright or cylinder, but I think one that doesn't need new bags would probably be better for him.
