Wanted: Urgently needed, dog beds, dog blankets and dog coats for Romanian rescue

Hello, does anybody have any dog beds,coats,blankets or anything dog related to help keep the starving dogs and puppies warm that are in public shelter in Romania. They do not feed the dogs over there and they are starving and cannot keep warm in the freezing weather that is approaching. The temperatures can be - 30 degrees and a lot freeze to death. I am able to collect whatever anybody can offer and take to kennels in MK so the transporters can take back to Romania with them Thanks in anticipation
