Wanted: Twin jogging stroller (frame only)

HI! I need big wheels and a sturdy, steerable frame - double size - to repurpose into a dog stroller for Nicaragua! My little dog and I are moving there in a couple months and he is socially - out of order, on the streets where dogs, motorcycles and bikes abound! I will attache his crate where the stroller seats usually are, so all I need is a good strong frame with big, steerable wheels to keep him safe without a car to hide in and get around on the cobble stone streets and bumpy sidewalks. Please ... if you know of any torn up twin jogging strollers ... let me know asap. Thanks!
