It's a longshot, but are you still looking for simple treadmill? I have been having a sort-out during lockdown and I have a mini-stepper, but it does not have a frame, so you would have to use it whilst holding on to say a kitchen worksurface or chair.
It is in excellent condition with instruction and exercise programme sheet. I have cleaned it and wiped it over with anti-bac wipes.
I would like £15 for it. I can send you a photo if you give your email address. I live in Sidcup.
