Wanted: Technical-Site Listing issues

First and foremost, immensely delighted to be a regular 'giving' contributor to the Free-Wheely online project - my passionate commitment to helping locally communities make invaluable use of someone else's refuse, become another person's treasure, a sincere and ethical process, would not occur without this ingenious website and all its dedicated site operatives/administrators. Not entirely certain where to begin with my post, yet experiencing what appears to be 'Technical Site listing issues, perplexed as to how to address the problems listed in brief below: In my original listing, chosen recipient not readily collected item, yet now decides to collect (after re-listing), unable to then 'Select a recipient' from list so can only 'remove' item - no feedback can be left for them whilst the status of (re-listed items), states that item 'not collected and/or removed' - does not make me appear a good-donator. The other issue encountered - leaving immediate Feedback for collected items, my account does not retain information of who the 'selected recipient' is until 'How Did It Go' message appears in my private email account linked to the site - have by then forgotten who collected item. Also posting this on community board yet also appears to be saving my post as 'edit Wanted' listing - did click on appropriate 'community discussion' board link, not wanted item one.
