Wanted: Stair lift, hoist - any disability items

Hi, I used to manage to struggle, now I'm struggling to manage. My husband and brother are quite handy but it would be very helpful to have something that could be repaired/upcycled. I really struggle to get upstairs and I can no longer lift my mobility scooter into the car. Any advice and/or useful items would be much appreciated. I really dislike the term Progressive Multiple Sclerosis - Progressive?!
