Wanted: Small chain saw or router/saw table

I am looking for a small chain saw 16" petrol/electric brand not important(Willing to fix petrol saw if it needs minor issues sorting out as long as motor works. I'm not the best with electrics so would prefer that it works) I am also looking for a router/saw table for crafting. I have a router and willing to replace the blade on any table saw if required. It is a big ask but I do have some wood sanders that could be swopped for either item if this helps. I am having a big garage clear out so might find other tools that I do not need as I inherited many tools from my uncle. Thanks
