Wanted: Sewing machine table

Hello, I have shoulder problem and find it painful to sew free style embroidery with a machine.. So I'm looking for a sewing machine table with a cut out to take a sewing machine so I can keep my hands and lower arms flat to the work surface. I'm sure I can manage to adjust the cut out slot easily if it is wood. Advice please. Thanks!
