We have just had an extension so now have a concrete floor in our lounge and with a 3 year old this is not great! Any cleanish rugs please, the larger the better!

Have you thought of giving the floor a wash with a solution of PFA glue? Something like Unibond at 6:1 ratio. It will seal the dust in and keep things a little bit cleaner until you can get some proper floor covering.
