Wanted: Rise and recline chair

Hi, can anyone help my elderly neighbour get a chair, he has been sitting in his kitchen on a hard chair for the past six years from early morning till quite late at night because his chairs in the lounge are too low and can't have the blocks put underneath, money being an issue new furniture is a problem so I am asking for you good people if you are getting rid of your chair please please would you consider my neighbour as the lucky recipient.
