Wanted: Problems contacting recipients

For the last couple of weeks I have chosen people to 'win' the free item and filled in the 'chosen recipient' bit at the bottom of the item. I am now thinking the emails resulting from this are not getting through as I've had no reply from people to my offers. Is anyone else finding this happening?? How can I contact the recipients? Jane
