Wanted: Perennial Starts, Seeds, Garden Tools!

All the details

Looking for shade loving perennials. Willing to dig up a hunk myself to get Hostas ect! Any surplus herb or flower seeds for sun and partial shade. Just the basic necessity tools, hedge shears, garden hoe or spade, and a metal garden rake. My kids are starting from scratch here, so any help I can find while I'm here visiting would be great!
