Wanted: Olympus Trip lens cap

I am looking for the old style lens cap to match my older Trip camera. I am looking for the mark 'Olympus Tokyo' on the front, not just 'Olympus'. 43.5mm size. (and UV filter for same if poss!) Happy to pay reasonable price. Thank you.
