Wanted: Needing a bike for work commute

Hi, I've recently gotten myself a new job but involves a bit of a walk to get there. Just asking around to see if anyone has an adults mens bike to help with the travel. The bus routes do not go anywhere near where I need to be. Any help would be appreciated.
