Wanted: Need help.

Myself and son have moved here.....I have always been able to count on my son for lifting things.I am disabled....and my son was just diagnised with some of my spine ishues......We are in great need of a lawn mower....and at least a washer.....That way I could do a little laundry at a time...and a little of the yard at a time...or get some one to help......
