Wanted: My Kitchen/Garden Compost

Can you believe it, I live in a block and cannot get access to food or garden waste composting facilities in my local area. If anyone local would like to share their bin with me I'd be very grateful. I have vegetable matter kitchen waste (all veggie) and garden waste from my window boxes.
