Wanted: LGA 775 Motherboard

To repair an old computer, I am looking for a motherboard. Any brand will do, as long as it has an LGA775 socket, ideally 4 slots for the DDR2 RAM I already have, and Gigabyte Ethernet. Alternatively, an entire main unit would be great, provided it was post 2009 (i.e. was running Windows 7). Thanks for looking
