Wanted: Large format A3 Printer

I require a large format printer that is able to work on either windows 10 or windows 7 so I can print off some architectural drawings for my seven year old son's inherited cottage on the Isle of Man. The planning office on the island only accept paper copies of A3 or A2 paper size and we are unable to get there at present hence why we need to send the drawings out for the office to allow work to be done. The cottage was built in 1660 so needs substantial modernisation including a bathroom, money is tight as we are not working now due to the covid 19 issue and it might lead to us losing our jobs completely.
