Wanted: Laptop/Netbook Wanted

I know this is a big ask but looking for a laptop/Netbook something with Windows 7 or better, 64 bit, not celeron if possible, it's to do writing & projects on, look up sites, email & write a book. If anyone can help be really appreciated. Thanks for reading.
