Wanted: Laptop Cradle and/or Keyboard

To write to not to write is no longer the question as To write is what I want to do. To help me do it without back ache or a stiff neck I am looking for a laptop cradle for my not-so -new but reliable Acer Laptop. Ideally, I would love one that has a support for notes too. I also need a keyboard to connect to my laptop with the cradle. Very gratefully received if you have one. Maxine
