Wanted: Ladder

All the details

I am looking for a folding ladder that I can use to get access to my loft. The height of ladder should be 2.6-3.1m and can be folded to store in a cupboard. I would prefer wood for stability but aluminium also accepted as long as ladder meets safety standards, I am a pensioner. I am not wanting telescopic collapsible ladders. Thank you.
