Wanted: Jogging stroller - double size

Hi... If you have an old jogging stroller - for twins - with big sturdy wheels and steering capacity ... I need the frame & wheels only. My little dog and I are moving to Central America and need to convert a twin jogging stroller with huge wheels, into a dog stroller to keep my socially inept little guy safe while out and about without car in our new home! I will attach his crate in place of the baby carrier seats.... the streets are cobbled and the sidewalks bumpy ... so sturdy and maneuverable wheels and frame is all I need ... asap? Thanks!!
