Wanted: House / bungalow to rent

Hope this is allowed? We are a retired couple looking for somewhere to live in the area, so that we can be near family. Need 2 bedrooms, living room, ideally kitchen diner, and garden. We have a small, well behaved mutt, and are clean and tidy (in fact I'm a bit OCD), hubby able to carry out maintenance (former career). In receipt of Housing Benefit (not affected by recent changes), & Pension Credit. If you can help would love to hear from you.
