Wanted: Hobbycraft Elephant mini-rug instructions

I have lost the instruction leaflet from my Hobbycraft Elephant mini-rug (30cm sq) kit. I bought the kit to make while looking after my mother in her final illness. Unfortunately, I lost the instruction sheet showing where to place each colour yarn. If anyone has a copy I can scan I'd be very appreciative please. Many thanks, Joan
