Wanted: Free or cheap storage space!!

I am looking for a cheap storage space to keep my boxes of books, music cds and vhs video tapes.I would need around 5'x8 or 5'x5' of space in you garage,empty room in your house or apartment or in your empty basement(free of rats!!!)All my items are already neatly boxed up in heavy cardboard storage boxes ready to be moved. I am willing to pay you $50 per month for doing me this favor, and in return you may also listen to watch or read any of the books,tapes, or CD's that you want. I just have no more room in my own apartment for all of my belongings but I don't wish to sell or get rid of my things either. I am looking for somebody in Manhattan or the Bronx.Thanx for your help folks. Don't forget...that's $50 per month for you!!!
