Wanted: Feather edge fencing & arris rails

Hello, Does anyone have any feather edge fencing (4-6ft high) and/or arris rails please? We desperately need to block out anti-social neighbours who continually make our lives a misery on a daily basis, by threatening us physically, throwing things at us, taunting us and hurling verbal abuse at myself and my autistic son eg. regularly calling him "spastic" and "retard". Police involvement aggravated the situation further and causes repercussions. Landlord refuses to replace/fund a new taller fence to replace the 3-4ft feather edge fence currently in situ between the neighbours and us. I simply cannot afford to buy any fencing myself (single disabled mum). My voluntary carer said if I can source feather edge fencing and arris rails, he would kindly put it up on our side of the fence, thereby effectively making a higher fence. Can anyone help please? Thank you
