Wanted: Electrician/Chippy

Hello, After having 2 heart attacks & my partner in Hospital having a pacemaker fitted, i am unable to do a lot of things. I am in need of help with a shower needing rewiring and a box placing round some pipe work in my kitchen, I have some recycled timber for this, I am unable to pay for the work ( only in tea/coffee ) Is there anyone willing to help me out please ?
