Wanted: Electric cooker in perfect condition

Recently moved into a new flat in SW London- Kitchen appliances were included in the rental, but removed just before we moved in. I'm not going to allow this to rattle me; Does anyone have an Electric Cooker that is safe to use and in perfect condition ?
