Wanted: Carpet or rugs please

Hi, i am in desperate need of carpet for my new flat. i moved from a house with really bad damp and have had to replace literally EVERYTHING. carpet is an extra cost i can not afford. the council ripped the one that was in out, even though it was perfect, and now i have found out that was against policy as i asked it to be kept in, but its too late and there is nothing i can do. the room dimensions are: 20 foot, 4 inch by 21 foot and 17foot 4inch by 12 foot 3 inch. i would even consider joining up smaller bits to make it fit properly, or rugs. i would prefer clean carpet, preferably from a no shoes house, and no cigarettes, and good quality is obviously a bonus. thanks. i can collect. :)
