Wanted: Amature Radio Treanxeivers

Hi. Im looking for free, or very close too, Tranceavers that can be used by amature radio enthsiests. The idea I have is to use these to help new operators learn how they work, to repair, or just elpto get thier first set. these can be very expensive, so man newcomers are put off. My thinking is to remove this cost, as much as I can. Should be a Transceiver, that is it can transmit and receive. Working great, not working may be good for parts or repair. Just let me know and is able will use to help others.
