Wanted: A DIYer

I am looking for a DIY person male or female to assist crippled pensioner with some small odd jobs including a bit oe plumbing. Don't wory if you have not done any before as I am an ex plumber and can direct you. An opportunity to learn a bit if you so desire. we are not asking for freebies and will pay for the work. I cannot access the job owing to very bad hips which I am awaiting replacements. The first job is an extremely simple leak stop.
