Wanted: 4 wheel Rollator Mobility Walker with seat

I am looking for a mobility walker with 4 wheels, hand brakes and with a seat and storage area for an elderly gentleman who is having great difficulty walking and being mobile. Does anyone have one that is no longer in use? It would be a life changer.
