Polite Requests

I have recently put several items on FreelyWheely for free and am appalled at the way some requester ask (or demand!) items. eg Yes I would like that when can I collect? Sorry, but with that attitude or similar you wont get anything from me. Please, be polite, not abrupt and dont think you are doing the giver a favour THEY are doing you one by listing something FREE!!
