Hi I'm Paula. I have put on weight and I need to lose it by July as I'm getting married. I would like anyone to reply to this if they have any free gym items.

Hi from FreelyWheely HQ. Someone has an exercise bike in West London that they want to give away. Look at the "Available" section and extend your search area by clicking on some of the distances in blue figures that are further away from your home base. Hope you get lucky. Love FreelyWheely

Hi Paula - have you had your thyroid levels checked? Do you have any of the following symptons: tired, thinning hair or eyebrows, cold, headaches, lack of concentration? If so, it may be your thyroid and needs a simple blood test. If not, then good luck with the exercise programme xxx

Hi Paula , a great way to loose weight is to choose a plant based diet , there are so many options out there and the health benifits are great , there is a great new documentary out that explains alot of the science behind it , called food choices . good luck for your weight loss and if i here of any gym itemms ill be sure to send the info your way . kind regards Beau go Vegan
