Help? Fled domestic violence have nothing

I have fled a domestic violence realtionship and been given a house in Kirkcaldy my ex partner destroyed all my clothes (size 10) shoes (7) sold all my belongings and left me with a bed, wardrobe, cheat of drawers microwave kettle and Curley items that is all I have no curtains no curtain poles even if I had to nail the curtains up any would be grateful, no fridge or freezer cooker or washing machine the duvet covers have rips in them but I'm making do the best I can with the things I have got in looking for help with ANY ITEMS especially white goods and a TV even an older style to aslong as it works I suffer from anxiety and depression I rarely leave the house and I'm sitting staring at 4 walls everyday I don't have any friends or family and sitting with nobody's voice is soul destroying but any household items I would be very much grateful for as I have nothing apart from what I've mentioned I know it's a lot to ask but because I log my anxiety I struggle to leave the house and have no access to transport so if possible if anybody can help could they deliver the items I know this is a lot to ask but i would be so grateful I could even come up with a payment plan if you wanted paid for any items if you can get in touch 07398180222 or by email HOLLYFITZWATER8915@gmail.com thanks so much
