Deleting spent adds

Please can we have a facility to delete totally our spent adds. I might want to relist an item - granted but If an item has been taken or is no longer available then can we have the autonomy to just delete the whole listings please. AND on this topic - I have had listings which I have closed, accessed and replied to by members requesting the item.

Hi from FreelyWheely Admin, You will be glad to hear that we are going to be adding the ability to delete in the next update, I appreciate that it seems stupid to not be able to do it and having things clogging up the 'My Items' page when they have gone doesn't make sense. Maybe they are busy. But the rest of the site works well.

Busy what taking over 11 months to do it, this site needs a kick up the backside because cannot delete ads so they stay on which is just stupid!

Well yes I would like to delet spent adds. Maybe the site would work fast if we could do that. And it would stop people asking for items no longer available. But it is a good alternative and at least people mostly turn up.

Seems so. But I stick with it because people mostly turn up when they replied to an add. However I do have another issue, and this is the fact like other sites when you select a person - you give them your address. You have no way of knowing what their address is or who they are. Maybe if that could be sorted in some way. I'd like to know WHO is coming to my house and if its someone I want!!!

I agree with previous posts that it is VERY frustrating not being able to delete old adverts.
