All the details

Yamaha PSR 140, used, so some surface marks, but in good working order, with power lead. Has lots of features for something this size (4 octaves), including Yamaha's rightfully famous 'Grand Piano' at the touch of a button, as well as the usual harpsichord, electric piano, honky-tonk, etc. so lots of options! Older model, so no USB, though it is Midi capable. The keyboard is missing it's little music stand on top, though as it was against the wall when I used it that didn't matter, as I was able to prop books up anyway. That said, replacement music stands are available on E-Bay and elsewhere on-line for most Yamaha keyboards. This would be a great way for someone to get into learning chords and get the feel of playing without making a big outlay. I used it to learn the basics and have now moved onto something a bit larger to continue. Here's what it has to offer: The PSR-140 portable grand delivers a realistic stereo sampled piano sound, together with a selection of piano-style accompaniments. It includes the Yamaha Education Suite (Y.E.S.) teaching software built-in to the keyboard, featuring a melody guide, chord guide and chord dictionary as well as displaying finger positions on the screen. FEATURES: Portable grand with stereo sampled piano and pianist styles 49-key (4-octave) keyboard 100 AWM sounds 100 rhythms with intros, variations and endings Back-lit LCD screen Y.E.S. Yamaha Education Suite built-in software 100 internal songs with minus 1 playback MIDI For complete Specs see Yamaha USA (though this definitely has UK electrics!) http://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical-instruments/keyboards/digitalkeyboards/portable_keyboards/psr140/ Manual can also be downloaded from this website. Hi, I was very pleased when I saw this just 2 days after I joined this site- I've wanted to learn keyboard for a couple of years but it's been constantly on backburner because of finances. I'll be teaching myself. I'll be very happy to have this!!! My question is :can I collect it from Victoria at about 5:30-6, after I finish work a few stations away (this tuesday, wednesday or thursday) *fingers crossed* :) Rachel

Hi I would love this for my friend Richard, who wants to learn to play for our church. He's a student so does not have a lot of money and this would be an ideal model for him to learn on. We live at East Croydon so it is easy to get a train to Victoria and can pick it up anytime. Please ring us on 07803 093193 if we are successful. Thanks.
