Yacon Crowns, to grow edible yacon plants this year. Need to be kept out of the cold, in an unheated greenhouse , garage, shed. also known as peruvian ground pear. there are about 20, small to medium crowns, have as few or many as you want. Easy to grow, plant out after frosts. will come as a bare crown, need to be put in sandy/gravelly compost until planting time.
