Linksys Wireless Gateway. You are welcome to have this and you might be able to find out what's wrong with it. It gives out a wireless signal, receives its 12v supply and connects to an ethernet cable. However, it won't find an internet signal. It comes with a disc, instruction, password and 12v supply.

It is not one that you have to have cable TV were the cables run under ground

It plugs into the telephone cable that enters the house and delivers a wireless signal within the house. However, as I said it has stopped working and I don't know why.
