Water lilies

I have divided a huge clump of water lilies in my pond and have several clumps to spare. They have medium-sized leaves and white flowers. They could be put in a pot to start them off, though these have all spread and grown outside my main pot. My pond is not very deep, about 18-24 inches, but the water lilies seem to thrive.
