Three (faux) wood venetian blinds

Bit of a long shot as they are made for specific windows...we ordered 6 (faux) wood slat/venetian blinds - light grey with fabric strips. Metal top box. We are very happy with the three we put in the lounge (illustrated) but reluctantly decided we had made a mistake with the colour for the other room. We put one up and took straight down, the others are still boxed. We paid decent money and they seem of good quality. But they are for three window recesses with sizes 1125 cm width x 975 drop; 1163 x 1035; 570 x 1030. Unlike some roller blinds where you can cut to fit - here the metal top box with pulleys suggest it is unlikely you can alter. All that said anybody who thinks they can use them?
