This is a Pilates training machine. It has pulleys and instructions as to how to use it. It cost me £199.00 a few years ago and I used it to get into shape for my wedding. I found it very enjoyable and the instruction videos are for beginners and more advanced Pilates buffs. When not in use it folds away and can be stowed against a wall or behind a sofa.
