Sofa slight marks at bottom of one side, but always covered so v good condition. Sofa bed never used. Sofa size - 210cm long (seating area 148cm). 90cm deep (seat depth 65cm). Arm height 65cm, back height 72cm. Seat height from ground 44cm. Sofa bed (fire resistant label). Mattress size - 180cm long, 133cm wide. Frame size we reckon 6ft by 4ft. Mattress depth 10.5cm. Never used.
