This is a Rolf Benz sofa. When we had it upholstered, we lost the fire certificate. Being a Rolf Benz it is still in great shape and will sit 4 people very comfortably. The upholstery has weathered but is not worn. It is a heavy piece of furniture and will require two strong people to lower from our lounge on the first floor.
