Smeg ceramic hob

Smeg ceramic 4 zone hob. Probably about 8 years old but still working perfectly. I've started building works so the hob is very dusty (see pic) and there are some white cloudy marks on the rings which I can't clean off but this doesn't seem to effect performance.
