Small ratchet cable puller, probably rated to 1/2 ton but not marked. Includes a hook on a pulley for doubling up or for re-directs. Target end hook is missing but I've replaced it with a brand new 25kN screwgate steel carabiner (rating marked) Slightly used but in very good condition - no damage to the cable. Everything works as it should Thanks, Jon
